Order Processing
We currently process and despatch orders Monday to Friday (Bank Holidays excluded). If your order is placed on a Bank Holiday the order will not be processed until the Next Working Day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered as Working Days, therefore if you wish to receive your order on either of these days, you will need to choose a day specific delivery option. For all orders placed Monday – Friday, your order must be placed before 5pm to be despatched same day. Customised orders must be placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday for same day despatch, any orders placed after 4pm or on a weekend or Bank Holiday requiring customisation will not be processed until the Next Working Day.
Where is my Order?
Once your order has been successfully despatched, we will notify you via email. If you have chosen a tracked service, you will also receive the relevant tracking information.
UK Mainland Delivery
We also have a wide range of Next Working Day, timed and day specific options, you can find these prices in your basket.
UK Non-Mainland and Scottish Highland Delivery
We offer a DPD Two-Day service, price varies depending on location, you can see this in your basket.
Please note that our DHL Two Working Day services are only available up to 4pm. Any order placed after this time will be delivered the following Working Day.
International Deliveries
Please note that cut-off for same day despatch on international orders is 4pm.
We offer a range of delivery options for international deliveries worldwide.
Your delivery price will be calculated in your basket and is worked out using the size and weight of the items you are ordering.
DHL Next Working Day delivery is available to most European destinations, you will see this option appear when you choose your country. All other international destinations will be delivered in 2-3 days with DHL. If you can't find your country in our list of international destinations, please note that this unfortunately means we do not currently ship to this destination. This may be something which changes in the future.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price of the goods purchased. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We advise to check with your country's customs office to determine what (if any) the additional costs will be.
Missing Parcels
Please note in the extremely rare case that a parcel is lost, we are unable to cancel or replace the goods until our couriers have completed their investigation (usually within 2-3 working days).
Bank Holidays
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered as Working Days. No orders will be processed, despatched or delivered on Bank Holidays.
